I don’t know about you, but the crew here at Harrison Fence is ready for WARM weather!! The greatest thing about warm weather is being able to spend more time doing outside activities with our families, friends, pets and neighbors. Just think how much fun your family could be having this summer in your newly fenced backyard!

Before you purchase a fence, we recommend that you understand as much as possible about the process. Most owners are not familiar with fencing - after all, you don't need to buy a fence very often. At Harrison Fence, our objective is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your fence. If you contract with us for the installation, we'll do our utmost to ensure that your expectations are met. Here is how the fence purchase process works:

Initial Inquiry: Contact us by phone, fax, email, or submit our online form (http://www.harrisonfence.com/contact.php). We will gladly answer all of your questions and educate you on fence types, styles, and materials.

Sales Estimate: When you’re ready, we’ll schedule an appointment for a member of our sales team to meet with you. Harrison Fence takes great pride in knowing that we are one of the few fence companies in the area that will come to your home for a FREE estimate. We enjoy meeting our customers, and feel it gives us a better opportunity to provide you with the perfect fence for your yard. We will discuss with you what you would like the fence to accomplish (security, pets, children, appearance), measure your yard, and help you select the type and style of fence that will best accomplish your goals.

Sales Contract: When you are ready to proceed, you just need to sign the proposal and send it to us with the appropriate deposit.*

Installation: Once the contract is signed, we will order any necessary materials and contact you to schedule an installation date. We will also contact 811 to have all underground public utilities marked. A typical residential installation is completed in one to three days. We ask that all homeowners be available for approximately 15 minutes on the first day of install for a final review of the fence layout and gate placement. Our crews strive to leave your yard as clean as possible and will put any misplaced dirt from post holes in an area approved by you.

Completion: Once the installation is complete, expect a follow-up phone call to ensure that the installation meets your satisfaction. Once the installation is complete the final payment is due.

Follow-up: We will respond to any follow-up issues in a timely manner. At Harrison Fence, we stand by our work and know that satisfied customers are our best source of additional business.

*Deposits are required on ALL special order vinyl and aluminum materials. Deposits are required on all fences that are greater than $5000.
